The Recipe: The Horny Devil Margarita
This drink doesn’t just sit on the table; it looks into your soul and dances on your tastebuds.
What You Need:
- 2 oz Premium Tequila Blanco (Step away from the bottom shelf, please)
- 1 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1.5 oz Sweet Mango Puree (For that gorgeous, fiery glow)
- 0.5 oz Cointreau
- 0.5 oz Agave nectar
- The Spark: 2 slices of fresh Fresno chili or jalapeño
- The Horns: 2 whole, small red Thai bird’s eye chilis
Directions
- Prep the Glass: Rim a glass with lime and roll it in coarse sea salt or Tajín. Pack it with crushed ice.
Muddle the Heat: Drop your chili slices and agave into a shaker and muddle them like they owe you money.
Shake It Dirty: Add the tequila, lime, mango puree, Cointreau, and ice. Shake it hard for 15 seconds.
