Pinkglow Pink Pineapple and Mango Ceviche

Ingredients

  • 1 Mango, small diced
  • 1 Pinkglow® Pink Pineapple, large dice
  • 1 count (avg. wt. 2.75 Pounds) ∙ $25
  • 1 Serrano Pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Pink Peppercorn
  • ½ cup Lime Juice
  • ½ tablespoon Melissa’s Blue Agave Syrup

Directions

  • In a small saucepan, heat lime juice and agave syrup until simple syrup is homogenous.
  • Toss all ingredients with lime simple syrup.
  • Plate and enjoy!
