Ingredients (Serves 6–8)

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 6–8 limes)
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 2–3 lemons)
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice (about 2 oranges)
  • 1 cup triple sec or orange liqueur (like Cointreau or Grand Marnier)
  • 1½ cups blanco tequila (El Jimador is a great choice!)
  • ½ cup agave syrup or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Ice
  • Salt or Tajín, for rimming glasses
  • Citrus slices (lemon, lime, orange) for garnish
  • Optional: a few fresh mint leaves or basil sprigs for added freshness

Instructions

  • Juice your citrus fruits and strain the juice to remove pulp and seeds.
  • In a large pitcher, combine lime juice, lemon juice, orange juice, triple sec, tequila, and syrup. Stir well.
  • Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more syrup if desired.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
