Ingredients (Makes 1 Drink)
Strawberry Lemon Base
- 3 – 4 fresh strawberries (hulled)
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup (or honey syrup)
- Ice
Add the Bubbles
- 3 – 4 oz sparkling water, club soda, or lemon sparkling water
Optional Garnishes
- Strawberry heart slice
- Lemon wheel
- Fresh mint
- Sugar rim (optional, for extra Valentine’s sparkle)
Mocktail Version (Non-Alcoholic)
- In a shaker (or glass), muddle strawberries with lemon juice and simple syrup.
- Add ice and shake or stir.
- Strain into a coupe or rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a strawberry + lemon wheel and serve immediately.
