Tlaxcalli is not a tired “concept”, we are the way that Mexican food is supposed to be prepared and served, Our focus is in our homemade tortillas that are the base for all the dishes in Mexican cooking.
Our menu feels like home, we are not reinventing the wheel, we simply want to share the memories of our childhood through our food.
