The Red Onion’s Sonora-style cuisine represents a celebration of flavors and main dish entrees inspired by owner Jeff Earle’s great grandmother Catalina Castillo over 100 years ago. Three generations of the Earle family have followed in the restaurant business developing and perfecting traditional Mexican dishes while providing their customers a wide range of American cuisine favorites.
