Our family’s restaurant journey began in San Jose, California, in 2001, when the Torres family opened its first restaurant. It was there that we developed the recipes, hospitality, and commitment to quality that continue to guide our family today.
In 2008, our family moved from San Jose to Portland, Oregon. During that same year, we opened Taqueria Portland in St. Johns, North Portland. With the support of our customers, employees, and community, the restaurant became part of our new home in Portland.
