Tacos el Metate was established April 15, 2017. Since then, we have been dedicated to serving our community with our authentic Mexican cuisine. In June of 2020, we decided to open our second location right across Denver University. We also have a spot in Aurora and are so excited to announce our third location in Arvada in December of 2024. We hope to one day be able to bring our cuisine throughout all of Colorado!
We believe that quality ingredients are the foundation of great food. That’s why we use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients in all of our dishes. From our natural aguas frescas to our salsas made in-house, everything is made with care and attention to detail. All of our veggies are brought in from a local vendor and cut daily for all of our dishes.
