At Ponce’s Mexican Restaurant, we believe that enriching the lives of every person who walks through our doors is the primary purpose of being in business. This includes our team members, who are able to feed their families, pay their rent, work their way through college, purchase a home, fund travel, weddings, and many more exciting things we have yet to see; our guests, who are able to shed their stresses when they sit down to a comfortable, affordable meal at the end of a long day of work, or to establish family traditions by gathering for a weekly meal with loved ones, share a post-game lunch after little league, host a holiday party, meet their mate and propose marriage, learn about tequilas, meet neighbors, network at a business lunch, and so on; and community organizations that we support, like Mid-City Little League, Students Without Limits, Business For Good SD, Del Norte High School, Dine Out for Life, Franklin Elementary School, YMCA, local artists, poets, musicians, and many more. It is through these filters that we view our success, and without amazing food, excellent, service, and a welcoming atmosphere, we will not be able to accomplish our goals. We’ve strived for this in the tradition of Ponce Meza Sr. since 1969, and look forward to sharing that experience for many years to come.
