In 1991, Lupe and Nick opened their first Móle Mexican Bar and Grill in NYC, growing to 3 restaurants by 2012, now with our first Florida location in Wellington. The secret to our unique flavor? Our namesake Móle sauce is handmade in Mexico by Doña Emelia and imported for you to savor. This passion for authenticity is found in every delicious Mexican dish we serve!

Móle’s full bar has up to 125 Tequilas available for premium Margaritas or simply relaxing and taking in those tequila tasting notes, terroirs, and flavors that are unique to the soil. We invite you to enjoy a meal in our beautiful dining room or al fresco at our bar or terrace. Start with a Margarita made with 100% Agave tequila, and fresh lime juice.
