Los Panchos Mexican Grill & Seafood opened in the summer of 2012 in the heart of Escondido, California. The Los Panchos legacy and concept began in the small town of Cotija, Michoacán México over three generations ago. The Los Panchos founding fathers spent many years honing their skills and recipes throughout many different kitchens in San Diego, and, as soon as the timing was right, they opened up the very first Los Panchos Taco Shop in Chula Vista, California in 1974 on 3rd Avenue. Over the years, our family began expanding our business ventures and menu items, in addition to opening up many other locations throughout San Diego County.
