At Hidalgo’s Mexican Grill, we will be serving authentic Mexican & Tex-Mex cuisine. Our founder, Agustin “Tino”, wanted to bring the flavors of his hometown in Mexico to the United States. He started working at a Mexican restaurant in Texas and eventually moved and opened his restaurant in Gainesville, GA.
