The creation of Calo Kitchen + Tequila was inspired by Clemente Heredia’s never-ending passion for fantastic food and service. This passion and inspiration came from his grandparents who opened their first restaurant in 1962. Clemente grew up in a family of restaurateurs and his dream was to create a restaurant that would resemble his favorite place to eat. A place that was elegant, yet fun and relaxed. A place that everyone could enjoy no matter their background.
