All of our ingredients are high-quality like Fresh Sirloin Flap Meat, Wild Caught Atlantic Cod and Top Grade Pork Shoulder, offering protein options like Carne Asada, Rotisserie Chicken, Carnitas, Pastorcito, Mahi Mahi & Shrimp. All our salsas, salads and flavors are hand made and unique to Bonita Taqueria Y Rotisserie.
