Puesto Mexican Artisan Kitchen & Bar is heating things up this summer with a bold line-up of new menu items. From protein-packed bowls, to inventive tacos and decadent desserts, Executive Chef Raul Casillas explores the delicious diversity and nuances of Mexican cuisine. The stars of the summer menu are Puesto’s brand-new Bowls – a fresh, flavor-forward take on Mexican comfort food classics, served with black beans, herb lime rice, and sweet summer corn. But the innovation doesn’t stop there: two new tacos, two decadent desserts, and a playful Mexican Coke Slushy from VP of Bar & Spirits Beau du Bois are here to keep things cool (and a little spicy).

Spirits guru, Beau du Bois, gives guests the opportunity to sip on summer with the introduction of a Mexican Coke Slushy made with ElVelo blanco tequila, lime, and Mexican Coca-Cola.
