Ingredients
- 1 Mango, small diced
- 1 Pinkglow® Pink Pineapple, large dice
- 1 count (avg. wt. 2.75 Pounds) ∙ $25
- 1 Serrano Pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon Pink Peppercorn
- ½ cup Lime Juice
- ½ tablespoon Melissa’s Blue Agave Syrup
Directions
- In a small saucepan, heat lime juice and agave syrup until simple syrup is homogenous.
- Toss all ingredients with lime simple syrup.
- Plate and enjoy!
