Ingredients (makes 1 cocktail):
2 oz El Jimador Reposado Tequila
1 ½ oz fresh apple cider
¾ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz pure maple syrup
Ice cubes
Brown sugar (for rimming)
Fresh thyme sprig (for garnish)
Apple slice (optional garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the glass – Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks or coupe glass. Dip the rim into a shallow plate of brown sugar for a sparkling, caramelized touch.
