This drink is sunshine you can sip. It’s golden, icy, and laced with tropical charm. Whether you’re relaxing poolside, firing up the grill, or just dreaming of your next beach getaway, this margarita brings the vacation vibe straight to your glass.

So blend up a batch, share with friends, and let the summer spirit pour.

Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients (Serves 2):
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks (fresh pineapple frozen overnight is best)
4 oz El Jimador Reposado or Blanco Tequila
2 oz fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
1.5 oz orange liqueur (like Cointreau or Triple Sec)
1.5 oz agave syrup (or to taste)
1/2 cup ice (add more if needed for thicker texture)
Optional garnish: Pineapple wedge, mint sprig, Tajín or chili-lime rim

Instructions:
Rim your glasses (optional): Rub a lime wedge around the rim and dip in Tajín or chili-lime salt for a zingy finish.
Blend the magic: In a high-speed blender, combine frozen pineapple, El Jimador, lime juice, orange liqueur, agave syrup, and ice. Blend until smooth and frosty.
Taste test: Adjust sweetness or lime as needed. Want it boozier? Add another splash of El Jimador.
