Ingredients

• 2 oz Herradura Tequila
• 1 cup fresh cantaloupe juice
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• 1/2 oz triple sec or orange liqueur
• Ice
• Salt for rimming the glass
• Cantaloupe slices and lime wedges for garnish

Method

• Begin by preparing your cantaloupe juice. Cut a ripe cantaloupe into chunks and blend until smooth. Strain the juice to remove any pulp.
• Rim your glass with salt. You can do this by rubbing a lime wedge around the edge of the glass and then dipping it in salt.
• In a shaker, combine Herradura Tequila, freshly squeezed cantaloupe juice, lime juice, and triple sec. Add a handful of ice and shake well.
• Strain the mixture into your prepared glass filled with ice.
• Garnish with a slice of cantaloupe and a wedge of lime.
