St. Patrick’s Day Midori Margarita with Green Pop Rocks Rim
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Midori melon liqueur
- 1 oz Tequila (preferably silver)
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz Simple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
- Green Pop Rocks (for rimming the glass)
- Ice cubes
- Lime for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Glass: Pour a small amount of lime juice onto a plate, and spread green Pop Rocks on another plate. Dip the rim of the margarita glass first into the lime juice, then into the Pop Rocks, coating the rim evenly.
